1. What contracts and agreements do you sign?
NDAs are signed before initial discussions, and final contracts are drawn out in detail. We are a registered firm in India, and are normally bound by the legal framework of our country.
2. How do we keep ourselves informed about progress?
The project status reports are sent to our clients regularly. We use a combination of pre-determined update schedules (normally email) and ad-hoc meetings (usually tele-conferences, or live chat). We also have an in-house platform called “Bulb” where clients can keep a track of their projects real-time.
3. How does project communication take place?
Clear communication plays the decisive role, and hence to ensure the success of an outsourced project we make sure that during the course of the project, you have:
a – A Single point of Contact – The project manager /Project Leader assigned to your software development project will serve as your single point of contact for all communication.
b – Skype – We use instant messenger or Skype for all one-on-one communication to make it easier for you to raise your concerns or clarifications in real time. Alternately for any emergencies, you can call our office/mobile numbers.
c – Bulb You can raise tickets on our Project Management Platform called Bulb to keep a close track of all the CR’s.
